Pipe & Service Penetrations

We assess every penetration against the original fire strategy, manufacturer guidance and third-party tested systems. This includes identifying the type of service passing through the compartment line, the construction of the surrounding wall or floor, the fire rating required, and whether the installed fire-stopping system is suitable for the application.

We inspect all forms of service penetrations, including metallic pipework, combustible plastic pipework, insulated pipe systems, sprinkler pipework, HVAC services and mixed service penetrations. Particular attention is given to the compatibility of fire collars, wraps, sealants, ablative coatings, mineral wool systems and other passive fire protection products, ensuring they are installed exactly as specified within the relevant fire test evidence and field of application.
